Language

Our primary language at the campsite is Albanian. However, we strive to communicate and assist you in other languages to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Location

Our campsite is ideally situated! It's just a 5-minute walk from Rana e Hedhun (Thrown Sand) and a 20-minute drive from the city of Lezhë. From Lezhë, you can conveniently access the main autobahns to explore the beautiful landscapes of Albania.

Open Hours

We operate from 7:00 to 22:00 daily, from May until the end of October.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in starts after 14:00 and check-out is before 11:00. Please ensure to present your passport at the time of check-in.

Security

We prioritize the security of our customers. Our premises are equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke alarms in non-smoking areas, and emergency exits to guarantee your safety. Furthermore, our site is secure and under constant surveillance, with security personnel available at all times.

Discounts

We do not offer any discounts. To secure the best price, we recommend you book directly through our website.

Payments

We accept cash payments on-site, or alternatively, we can send you payment links through our third-party service, pokpay.io. The maximum amount allowed for one payment link is €300, so if your Subtotal exceeds €300, the remaining amount you pay at the property or we can send you multiple links.

Fees

There is a 2.5% Tax + VAT charge for every payment.

Refunds

If you wish to request a refund for your booking, it must be done at least 7 days in advance otherwise, we cannot provide a refund. Please refer to our policy for more details.

Booking

You can secure your accommodation directly on our website or through third-party platforms like booking.com. You will find the cheapest prices and a user-friendly booking interface on our website.

Help

If you need help identifying the best places to visit in Shëngjin, or any assistance to enhance your stay, our friendly staff members are always ready to assist. While our primary language is Albanian, we will make every effort to assist you in your language.

Transportation

We regret to inform you that we cannot provide transportation services currently due to the unavailability of necessary resources. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend exploring alternative transportation options in the area.

Salty Water

Please note that our shower water contains a small percentage of sea salt due to temporary limitations in the Government's water supply to our location. We have implemented constantly maintained filters; however, they cannot entirely remove the sea salt. We hope this will not affect your experience with us, and we will do our utmost to ensure your comfort.

Restaurant

While at the site, you can enjoy our restaurant that offers delicious seafood and traditional Albanian cuisine. Our eatery also boasts an impressive sea view for you to enjoy during your meal. Our prices are reasonable, and you can check out our menu here (please note, not all items may be available).

Beach

Enjoy the crystal clear waters during your stay at our location. For guests who book a wooden house hotel, a beach chair is included in the price. For other travelers, beach chairs are available at an additional cost. Our beach is private, thus only our guests can enjoy this facility.

Activities

We offer numerous activities such as fishing, water diving, and boating, among other water-related adventures.
