Booking Process

After you make a reservation, you will receive a pending email, which means we will hold your reservation and send you a payment link within 24 hours. After completing the payment, we will send you a confirmation within 24 hours.

Payment Link

The payment link is valid only for 24 hours, and we will only send payments with URLs from pay.pokpay.io and from the info@campingriviera2.al email address. Any email from another address should simply be ignored. The maximum amount allowed for one payment link is €300, so if your Subtotal exceeds €300, the remaining amount you pay at the property or we can send you multiple links.

Booking Fees

There is a 2.5% Tax + VAT charge for every booking on our website. This fee will be automatically calculated by our system when you book.

Modification Policy

To modify your booking, contact us at least 7 days in advance before your arrival date. If there is any additional payment, you will only be required to pay the difference between the original and the new dates, plus a 2.5% Tax + VAT charge.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your reservation at least 7 days in advance. If not, we do not provide any refunds. If you are entitled to a refund, you will receive the full amount paid, excluding the 2.5% Tax + VAT.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is available after 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

Important Information

Pets are allowed only for Caravan and Camping bookings; they are not permitted for Tent and Hotel reservations. Guests must provide a current government-issued passport at check-in or upload it online while booking. Passport identification is required for incidental charges.

Liability

We prioritize the safety and security of our guests and their belongings. However, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by guests while on our property, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
